It's amazing what a regular exercise routine does for the heart! Doctors say a brisk walk for 20 to 30 minutes three days a week can add a few years to your life. Many of us choose to do that not on a treadmill in the gym or at home, but by exploring some nature trail. Some have died doing it on this trail in Spain known as El Camino Del Rey.
